CQMRG was established in July 1993 with the express purpose for sharing the knowledge and expertise of practitioners working within the mine rehabilitation industry.

Traditionally CQMRG has operated through initiating site field days/workshops at Central Queensland mines.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in mine rehabilitation.

CQMRG membership is open to anyone with an interest in mine rehabilitation and particularly for those having a focus on the Central Queensland minefields.
